Our Team
Rochelle Finzel, owner and principal consultant of Finzel Consulting spent nearly 20 years in the nonprofit and public sectors working to advance policies and programs that support opportunities for all. She held various leadership positions at community nonprofits, state policy organizations and national level associations.
The common challenge she encountered in each organization centered around people – not having enough people, having the wrong people, or just forgetting about the people. She strives to bring the human back into the workplace and believes if we create workplaces where people thrive, the results will happen naturally.
She is a skilled facilitator, big picture thinker and relationship builder. Believing everything is connected she sees a role for everyone to play in creating opportunities for everyone to thrive. She has degrees in social work, public policy and a professional coaching certificate.
