What is a Mastermind?
A Mastermind brings together people tackling similar challenges to learn from one another, provide support in finding and implementing solutions and hold each other accountable to achieve their stated goals.
Three essentials of a Mastermind:
- Listening: providing a safe space to share concerns and be heard
- Sharing: contributing expertise and experience
- Following through: taking action and holding each other accountable
Members participate in facilitated group discussions and receive professional coaching, peer support and mentoring. As the name implies, members are already masters. You are all experts and come with knowledge and experience that shared with others can propel members to generate new ideas and tackle big challenges. If you feel like the lone wolf – please join this Mastermind and connect with others just like you.
Who is this group for?
Leaders and managers who want to be the boss everyone wants to work for. Individuals who want to do more; are willing to grow and learn with others; and would like support and tools to achieve their goals.
How will it be structured?
A Mastermind supports each member in taking steps that will help them achieve the goal(s) they set for themselves. Each session will be facilitated by a professional coach and include:
- Updates and reports from each member
- In-depth discussions on 3-4 topics as identified by members.
- Tools and resources
- Take-aways and action steps
How often, when and where?
The Mastermind meets every other week for 60-90 minutes depending on the size of the group. Group size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
We will meet via Zoom.
How much does it cost?
The full six (6) session Mastermind program costs just $60 per participant.

How do I apply?
Complete the application form in order to be considered for the next group. Space is limited; applications will be reviewed as they are received. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the meeting logistics and Zoom information.
